About Us

We aim to provide timely and cost competitive hydrogeology and resource consenting services to the construction, mining, farming and horticultural sector. Hazard Consulting also has a technical team providing GIS, drafting and groundwater modelling support.

Nick Hazard is the Auckland based director and established the company following thirty years experience in the mining, exploration, construction and consultancy sectors and 6 years at regional council. He is actively involved in a range of projects including construction dewatering, quarry dewatering, irrigation for horticulture and poultry industries and GIS data compilation projects.

Nick holds a BSc degree in Geology and Economics from Auckland University and a GradDipSc (Gwhyd), in Groundwater Hydrology from Flinders University, Adelaide.
